Introducing our new MAD Kit

LC Sciences now offers our MAD Amino Acid Kit for protein crystallographers. The kit offers a convenient and cost effective way to produce derivatized protein suitable for structure elucidation using multi-wavelength anomalous diffraction (MAD).  The kit includes a pre-measured mix of all amino acids minus L-methionine and separate vials of L-methionine and Seleno L-methionine for preparation of cell culture medium suitable for protein expression of Se-met protein.
